  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales to develop a marketing activity plan to drive sales revenue.
  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Co-ordinate, develop and deliver marketing activities including digital marketing, events and lead generation campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Organise and chair meetings, preparation of agenda, update of minutes. Follow up on actions.
  • Production of brochures, newsletters, e-newsletters and other promotional material. All aspects of sales collateral/ brochures both on line and print
  • Event planning, co-ordination and travelling to Trade Shows, Training Events and Customer focused days.
  • Creating and distributing press releases/farm profiles/editorial content where required.
  • Liaising with both national and international sales teams and distributors so as to provide marketing support to them.
  • Develop and maintain B2B relationships.
  • Monitoring sales leads.
  • Activities to generate leads.



  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of agriculture essential.
  • Need to be able to communicate with the media.
  • Relevant marketing qualification or experience of working in Marketing.
  • Energy, drive and enthusiasm – to be a proactive member of the team.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills – must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional and mature attitude to work.
  • Full, clean driving licence

  • Develop manufacturing drawings.
  • Interpret technical drawings.
  • Specify components and ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Principles of design, sketching, CAD, industrial materials and processes, manufacturing methods and engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCad 2 &3D and Inventor.
  • Knowledge of materials and ability to cost projects as required.
  • Strong knowledge of Agriculture sector.
  • Full clean driving licence.
