The O’Donovan Engineering Mobile Cattle Crush is a robust, transportable solution designed for efficient livestock handling on any farm. Built with the same durable frame quality we’re known for, it can be supplied with or without an integrated Tru-Test weighing system, giving you the flexibility to add weighing capability when needed. Ideal for use around paddocks, temporary pens, or sites without permanent infrastructure.

Our Mobile Cattle Crush is engineered for versatility and durability, featuring:

• Frame Construction: Heavy-duty galvanised steel frame with fully seam-welded joints for maximum strength and longevity.

• Flooring: Full rubber, providing a non-slip surface for animal safety and ease of cleaning.

• Mobility: Equipped with forklift guides for easy relocation around the farm, ensuring flexibility in handling operations.

Panel Options:

• • Hinged Panels: Allows for easy access to the side of the animal we headlocked.

  • Fixed Panels: Provide a sturdy and secure environment for livestock.

  • Split Panel: 2-bar split panel top and bottom. ( 4 bars in total, each side)

Rear Gate Options:

• • Sliding Back Gate: Facilitates smooth and quiet animal entry and exit.

  • Slam Latch Ped Gate: Offers quick and secure closure for enhanced safety.

Front Head Locking Gate Options:

• • ODEL Semi-Automatic Head Gate: Features adjustable neck width and a lock-open facility for ease of use.

• • Clipex Head Gate: Known for its secure locking mechanism. Extension is also available for locking from the back of the crush.

• HD5T Load Bars: Crafted from galvanised steel with aircraft-grade aluminium load cells, these bars provide a total capacity of 5,000 kg (11,000 lbs) and are designed for durability in harsh farm environments.

ODEL Mobile Cattle Weighing Crush

• JR5000 Indicator: Features a large colour screen, a full keypad for data entry, and the ability to store up to 1,000,000 records from 1,000 sessions. It supports five-way drafting by weight and integrates seamlessly with EID/VID tags.
